Over a decade of choral music joy in the City of Derry

The City of Derry International Choir Festival turned 10 in 2023

To celebrate this incredible milestone, we put together an amazing lineup of guest artists and concerts galore at 2023’s festival with performances from The Sixteen, Ulster Orchestra, Festival Chorus as well as a super fun Derry Girls themed Big Sing at Guildhall Square!

Our usual line up of school, national and international competitions also impressed festival goers – with Koris MASKA winning the International Competition and The Lynn Singers winning the Choir of the Festival Award. PLUS we threw in loads of free community events and awesome workshops to help festival goers embrace the joy of singing!

As we look towards 2024, we hope you can join us as we take over the City of Derry and its surrounding areas with a tidal wave of magical choral music!
